Leadership Strong Men Build Strong Chapter

Nathan C. Margolis

University of North Texas

I support the Sigma Alpha Mu Day of Giving because the SAM Foundation provides scholarships, grants and leadership training to members of Sammy. As an undergraduate at the University of North Texas, I learned and experienced many things for which I am grateful. But, at this time of my life, retirement is on my radar, and I am grateful that I can give back to the organization that gave me so very much. Thank you SAM Foundation for supporting our Fraternity.

Andrew J. Huston

University of Minnesota

Today's students have more demands on their time than ever before. Sigma Alpha Mu continues to provide a brotherhood for students to learn from one another, to take on leadership responsibilities, and grow as individuals by living our Creed. I'm a proud donor knowing that my gift enhances the educational initiatives of Sigma Alpha Mu by developing stronger leaders and safer experiences on campuses.

David S. Rice

University of Wisconsin-Madison

University of Illinois at Chicago

As the 2019 Day of Giving approaches, I am proud to offer a challenge to 100 brothers and friends on SAM’s second Day of Giving. Once 100 donations are received, I will match each donation with a $20.19 donation for a total of $2,019.00. I do this because I would not be where I am today without Sigma Alpha Mu. Two Sammy alumni hired me to work in their accounting firm upon graduation from college. They gave me an opportunity to grow and develop in the accounting field and personally. As a result, I am proud to have the opportunity to give back to SAM on April 23.

Benjamin Bearman

University of Minnesota

Sigma Alpha Mu was an important part of my college years. The experience of being a Sammy and serving in a variety of chapter leadership roles was instrumental in shaping my future career. Today, I fondly remember those experiences and want to support SAM in its educational and leadership endeavors, so that undergraduates can have the same opportunities that I had as a student at Minnesota.
